How do I cancel (unsubscribe from) my pricing program?

Hey, it's okay to change your mind. If your investing plans have changed, you can unsubscribe from Advantage to the Basic pricing program which has no monthly charge (we love that about it too). Switch to Basic by following these steps:

Click on the Accounts tab > Overview > Profile & Settings > Pricing Program (sign in required)
Click the Unsubscribe link
Choose to unsubscribe to Basic and click Next
Confirm that you want to unsubscribe and click Next

Tip: When you unsubscribe to Basic, you'll receive the Advantage benefits for the remainder of the month you have already paid for.
