* Automatic investments are recurring or one-time purchases of stock on Tuesdays. All sales of stock are made real-time and are subject to real time commissions.

Large order surcharge: In addition to the base commission, a large order surcharge of $0.015 for each additional share over 1,000 shares will be incurred. The total commission (base commission + surcharge) is subject to a maximum of 2.5 percent of the principal, but no less than the base commission.

** To waive the annual administration charge for any account, investors must have at least one account that is subscribed to the Standard or Advantage program under their user name profile.

The Express Funding service costs $5.00 for each real-time trade. Trades placed using express funding have a $5,000 daily limit. Daily is defined as the period of time between the close of business day for ShareBuilder through the close of the next business day. Express Funding is available to individual, joint and custodial account types only.

1-Early Redemption Policy: To discourage short-term trading, ShareBuilder reserves the right to charge $19.95 on the redemption or exchange of shares of ING Funds that are held less than 90 days, excluding the ING Money Market Fund. This charge is in addition to any applicable charges or expenses addressed in the fund's prospectus.
