Eligibility: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, (except residents of NY, FL and RI) 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. Employees and Directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU), PSECU Services Inc. and Netstock Corporation, and any of their affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and website providers/web masters and web affiliates are not eligible. 4. To Enter: You are automatically entered into the sweepstakes when you open a new PSECU Services Inc. ShareBuilder account on-line at www.psecu.com and follow the instructions. Entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on March 15, 2002, and 11:59 PM (ET) on May 30, 2002. To open a new account, you must agree to ShareBuilder Securities Corporation's Account Agreement, available for review on site. You are automatically entered into sweepstakes when you open a new account online and enter promotion code PSECUSWEEPS when prompted. Any other form of Internet or e-mail entry is void. Alternately, to enter by mail, print your name, complete address, zip code, age, daytime phone number with area code and e-mail address (if available) on a 3" x 5" card. Mail in a first class stamped envelope to: PSECU Services Inc. ShareBuilder Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1646, Young America, MN 55594-1646, postmarked by May 31, 2002, and received by June 14, 2002. Limit one (1) entry per person/household. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. 5. Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 19, 2002, from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified either by e-mail, phone, or via U.S. mail, on or about June 21, 2002. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within fifteen (15) days of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize cannot be transferred, assigned or substituted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of comparable value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable 6. Consumer Disclosure: One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 cash, to be deposited into winner's ShareBuilder individual account or into a joint or custodial account established by winner in the form of $1,000 per month for 10 months. Two (2) Second Prizes: $5,000 cash, to be deposited into winner's ShareBuilder individual account or into a joint or custodial account established by winner in the form of $500 per month for 10 months. If mail-in entry is selected, winner must establish a ShareBuilder account for deposit of prize. Prize may be withdrawn at any time and ShareBuilder account may be closed upon last prize fulfillment date. Total value of all prizes $20,000. Odds: There will be approximately 274,000 direct mail pieces announcing the sweepstakes, however, although actual odds depend on total number of eligible entries received. You have not yet won a prize. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. General Conditions: Participants agree that PSECU, PSECU Services Inc. & Netstock Corporation, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising & promotion agencies, & their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives & agents will have no liability whatsoever for, & shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property loss, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or in any sweepstakes related activity. Winners, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grant permission (and agree to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) for PSECU, PSECU Services Inc. and Netstock Corporation, and those acting under their respective authority, to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising trade, &/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation, without notice or review, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web. 8. Winner will be solely responsible for any taxes and costs associated with the cash prize and its use. In the case of a joint or custodial account, the prize will only be awarded to or in the name of the primary account holder or the account custodian. 9. Limitations of Liability: Neither Netstock Corporation, PSECU, nor PSECU Services Inc. or its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, illegible, postage due, damaged, stolen, returned, or undelivered, entries, mail or e-mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Neither Netstock Corporation, PSECU nor PSECU Services Inc., shall be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes nor responsibility for any errors, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the website. Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services Inc. reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website, to be acting in violation of the terms of the website or to be acting in a non-sportsman like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person. Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services Inc. are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services Inc., the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical, failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services Inc., corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services Inc. reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, and select the winner from Internet entries received prior to action taken and mail-in entries, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Netstock Corporation, PSECU and PSECU Services, Inc. In the event of a dispute as to the holder of the winning entry, the prize will be awarded in the manner in which the account is held with the primary account holder or authorized custodian deemed to be the participant and the winner, and must comply with these Official Rules. Box 67013, Harrisburg, PA, 17106, and state that you would like to be removed from the promotion database. Your name and address will be removed from the PSECU Services Inc. ShareBuilder's promotion mailing list within thirty days after receipt of your request. 11. Use Of Sweepstakes Information: Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. 12. Winners: Winners names will be posted on the PSECU website on or about July 15, 2002, or for names of winners by mail, hand print your name and complete address on a 3"x5" card and mail to: PSECU Services Inc.
