* Automatic investments are recurring or one-time purchases of stock on Tuesdays. All sales of stock are made real-time and are subject to real time commissions.

Large order surcharge: In addition to the base commission, a large order surcharge of $0.015 for each additional share over 1,000 shares will be incurred. The total commission (base commission + surcharge) is subject to a maximum of 2.5 percent of the principal, but no less than the base commission.

** To qualify for the annual administration fee waiver for any account, investors must have at least one account that is subscribed to the Standard or Advantage program under their user name profile.

Real-time trades placed using Express Funding will be assessed a $5.00 fee. Trades placed using express funding have a $5,000 daily limit. Daily is defined as the period of time between the close of business day for ShareBuilder through the close of the next business day. Express Funding is available to individual, joint and custodial account types only.

The below rates are set by ShareBuilder Securities Corporation with consideration to commercially recognized interest rates, such as the broker's call loan rate, and the competitive marketplace.
